Medi Response is currently on the scene on the N2 Southbound near Gateway where a truck has rear-ended another truck.
On arrival of crews, it was established that the driver of the rear truck was severally entrapped in the vehicle.
EThekwini fire and rescue, together with Medi Response search and rescue, extricated the man under the care of advanced life support paramedics.
The man will be transported to the hospital for further care.
