Six people were left injured yesterday afternoon when a tractor, towing a trailer, and a truck collided on the R28 in Sebokeng.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 14h30 to find the truck parked on the side of the road while the tractor had split into two, both pieces on the side of the road.
Paramedics assessed the patients, who had been on the trailer at the time of the collision, and found that six people had been injured.
Medics treated the patients and provided one with pain-relief medication before they were transported to a nearby hospital for further care.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
