🚨 Incident Report: Motor Vehicle Accident
📅 Date: 12 April 2025
📍 Location: Snipe St & Barnard St, Honeyhill, Roodepoort
Earlier today, ECSA crews responded to a serious accident involving a truck that had overturned, blocking traffic on a notoriously dangerous bend.
Upon arrival, our team immediately secured the scene, ensuring that no occupants were trapped and that the area was safe for other road users.
While ECSA managed scene safety, Emergmed provided medical care to the injured patient, who was later transported to hospital by Gauteng EMS for further treatment.
Once the truck was recovered, ECSA crews cleared all debris and thoroughly cleaned the roadway of oil residue to ensure the safety of passing motorists.
JMPD was on scene, conducting the necessary investigation.
