MEC for Transport, Community Safety and Liaison, Mr. Mxolisi Kaunda together with National Transport Minister Ms. Dipuo Peters conducted a roadblock at Mariannhill Toll Plaza yesterday, due to the increased influx of traffic ahead of the Durban July.
