Sixteen (16) heavy duty straps were stolen from a truck parked on Garden Street in Grangetown – KZN this morning (Saturday).
The orange straps are used to fasten cargo. It is believed that the perpetrator is a drug user who may intend to sell the stolen loot to other truckers.
