Please be advised that on Monday, 13 July 2026 from 07:00, abnormal loads transporting wind turbine components will be travelling from Coega Harbour through Makhanda along the N2 sections 12 and 13 routes to a farm on the R350 Bedford Road.
The abnormal loads will be escorted to ensure safe transportation for both the loads and the public.
𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
4 x trucks will be transporting Tower sections, and 3 x trucks will be transporting Blades.
These vehicles are large abnormal loads and will be travelling at reduced speeds. Road users may experience temporary delays and traffic control measures along the route.

Exercise patience and caution when approaching these vehicles, maintain a safe following distance, avoid overtaking and follow the instructions of escort vehicles.
Road users are advised to expect possible delays along the route.
