The Station Commander of Hammanskraal applauded the members of the Crime Prevention Unit together with Crime Intelligence Unit who recovered two stolen trucks at Bultfontein in Hammanskraal Sector 2.
This is after a member of the community blew the whistle informing the Station Commander of a suspicious truck that was seen entering the plot.
Crime prevention and Crime Intelligence unit members followed up on the information and found one truck that has been stolen and two suspects on Sunday, 08 January 2023.
On Monday, 09 January 2023, another stolen truck, linked to a Kwaggafontein case, was found at the same plot in Bultfontein.
The Station Commander, Lt Colonel Moses Mokwana said it shows that there is a good relationship between the police and the community of Hammanskraal. He is very proud of dedicated members who have worked tirelessly to protect our society.
The suspects will appear at Moretele Magistrate’s Court in due course.
