This afternoon Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service came across a incident on the R34 just outside Utrecht.
The emergency staff found that a truck had lost control and crashed down a 20 meter embankment.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that 2 patients had sustained critical injuries.
Using specialized rope rescue equipment, rescue technicians and Paramedics stabilized the patients and moved them to the safety of the ambulance.
The patients were then transported to hospital for further treatment.
