Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on William Nicol Drive opposite the hospital in Constantia Kloof.
Reports from the scene indicate that the driver of a heavy motor vehicle lost control resulting in the crash.
One adult male sustained serious injuries and the male passenger sustained moderate injuries.
Both patients were treated on scene before being transported by ambulance to hospital for further treatment.
