UEMS was called for a truck crash along the R617 on Lundies Hill.
On arrival, paramedics found a tip lorry on its side blocking most of the roadway. On assessment, it was found that the driver and passenger had been ejected from the truck and unfortunately succumbed to their injuries.
Paramedics declared both dead occupants deceased.
All necessary services are currently on scene and the incident will be investigated by authorities.
