A Mercedes Benz truck collided into a light pole after on Ireland Street in Verulam – KZN today (Wednesday).
A passerby contacted Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) at approximately 11:14 after he witnessed the truck veer off the road and collide into the light pole. On arrival, the driver informed Reaction Officers that a linkage connected to the steering rack broke resulting in him losing control.
The driver was not injured.
