At approximately 08:20 this morning EMER-G-MED’s M01 and I01 responded to the scene of a two vehicle collision on the corner of 1st and 3rd in Houghton.
It was reported by witnesses that the car turned in front of the truck, the truck then swerved and lost control – colliding with the car and then with a street light pole.
Two patients were transported to hospital for further care, one of which under Advanced Life Support care.
