Spillage of a mixture of chemicals has led to hazardous driving conditions for road users and law enforcement officers alike on the N10 between Cradock and Middelburg.
A truck carrying the chemicals listed below overturned.

3. Metholated spirits
4. Zinc oxide
4. Nitric acid
The chemicals are said not to be EXPLOSIVE 🧨
The truck driver escaped with minor injuries. The road is open to traffic but motorists are warned to drive with extra caution and even consider using alternative routes.
