Midlands EMS crews are currently attending to a serious accident at the Mooi River Toll Gate.
A truck experienced brake failure and collided with two vehicles that were waiting to pay.
Four patients are currently being treated for injuries ranging from serious to minor.
Authorities are still on the scene.
