At approximately 07:45 this morning members of Reaction Unit South Africa were called out to Vincent Dickonson Road near the Canelands intersection in Verulam after receiving reports of a trailer that overturned.
Upon arrival Reaction Officers found the overturned trailer which was loaded with a shipping container, blocking the flow of traffic. It was established that as the truck turned into Vincent Dickonson Road the trailer detached from its housing and overturned. The occupants of the truck were not injured.
Traffic delays are expected as the salvage operation is currently underway.
