Yesterday morning Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the N3 PMB area for reports of a collision.
When emergency services arrived they found that a vehicle and truck had collided.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found 3 occupants sustained injuries ranging from minor to serious.
The patients were treated on scene before being transported to hospital.
