Four suspects broke into a delivery truck parked on Ally Road, Isipingo, cut the lock and made off with six cases of biscuits, early this morning. Alpha Alarms Response Unit responded to the non-client together with another security company.
The suspects fled in their getaway vehicle, a grey Hyundai H100 light commercial vehicle. Alpha Response Units searched for the vehicle but no arrests were made.
Theft out of trucks is a grave concern within the Isipingo Business Sector as there has been a spike in such incidents, recently.
Business owners are urged to step up security when deliveries are expected.
