Limpopo: Three suspects aged 27, 37 and 60 years old were swiftly arrested by the Police when they were caught loading 30 stolen cattle in a truck along Greenside and Mashashane road outside Polokwane earlier this morning. The arrest follows after Police reacted swiftly to information received from members of the community.
Seven other suspects managed to escape and fled on foot. Two trucks, a trailer and a brand mark instrument were confiscated. The owners of the livestock have been traced and they are still busy identifying their cattle. The suspects will appear before the Seshego Magistrates’ Court soon on stock theft charges.
