JMPD K9 officers received a complaint regarding a white Kia K2700 that had been stolen in the Brixton area. Officers immediately mobilised & conducted a search for the vehicle.
The vehicle was later recovered abandoned on Kurhula Street in Meadowlands Zone 10, Soweto. It was booked in at Lenasia SAPS Pound for further investigation.
Criminals are warned that law enforcement officers remain hard at work reclaiming the streets of Johannesburg. Those involved in criminal activities should know that officers are continuously conducting operations, tracing stolen property & pursuing suspects across the city.
