The Public-Private Partnership driving the construction of the iconic steel bridge in Steelpoort, Sekhukhune District, continues to instill hope in the people of Limpopo. Situated in Ga-Malekana, the project is steadily advancing, with every pier erected and every slab of concrete laid symbolizing progress and renewed optimism for local communities.
Now 76% complete, the transformation of the single-lane bridge into a double-lane, two-carriageway structure is on the horizon. Once finished, this upgraded bridge will bring much-needed relief by reducing the persistent traffic congestion that has long frustrated residents, especially during peak hours.
