Members of the Gauteng Traffic Police and Gauteng Traffic Wardens STT (Eastern Corridor) recovered several stolen and hijacked vehicles during multiple operations conducted across the Ekurhuleni region.
• A hijacked courier vehicle (Nissan NP200) taken on Link Road in Esselen Park, recovered in Esselen Park Extension 03.
• A Toyota Land Cruiser stolen in Edenvale, found abandoned on Mabona Street in Katlehong.
• A Volkswagen TSI stolen from Emkhateni Section, Tembisa, recovered after being involved in an accident in the same area.
• A VW Jetta hijacked in the Tlamatlama Section of Tembisa.
• A Hyundai H100 stolen in Alexandra, recovered in Phomolong, Tembisa.
