The next stop for MMC Mngwevu was Madikizela Street, where he rolled up his sleeves to help with the paint markings on a speed hump on Etwatwa’s main road.
Road markings are currently being done on major roads across the area, improving safety for all!
The MMC also urged the community to not burn tyres nor erect tents on the roads. Such acts can contribute to the formation of potholes.
The final stop was at the newly constructed stormwater drainage system, where systems have been built to direct water into the Authuniation Dam (safety dam).
Earth channels were also excavated to guide the water into the existing stormwater pipeline, ensuring better water flow and infrastructure protection.
