The Western Cape Department of Health EMS/AMS rescue helicopter responded to a primary call on Bottelary road earlier today. It was reported that a truck overturned with a male patient trapped.
The patient was extricated by the Western Cape Department of Health EMS Rescue and Stellenbosch Fire & Rescue teams.
The patient was airlifted to Tygerberg Hospital.
