The Dawn of the Rail Renaissance at the Annual Rail Safety Conference
Stellenbosch, South Africa – The Rail Safety Regulator (RSR) is set to host the Annual Rail Safety Conference 2024 from 30 September to 2 October at Hazendal Wine Estate in Stellenbosch. Under the theme “Rail Renaissance 2024,” the conference is a critical platform for promoting innovation, collaboration, and enhanced safety measures within the railway industry.
Esteemed speakers for this event include Gauteng MEC for Transport and Logistics, Ms. Kedibone Diale-Tlabela, RSR Board Chairperson, Ms. Nompumelelo Ekeke, and CEO, Mr. Mmuso Selaledi. Executives from Gautrain, Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA), and Transnet Freight Rail (TFR) will also provide their valuable insights, demonstrating a united front in the push for improved rail safety.
