Last night Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the N3 Cato Ridge off-ramp, for reports of a collision.
When emergency services arrived they found that two trucks had been involved in a collision.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that one patient had sustained serious injuries.
The patients were treated on scene before being transported to the hospital for further treatment.
