Early this morning Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the R34 Zulu Rock for reports of a collision.
When emergency services arrived they found that a truck had lost control and left the road, and crashing down an embankment.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that one patient had sustained minor injuries.
The patient was treated on scene before being transported to the hospital for further treatment.
