One person sustained moderate injuries following an accident on the N1 north past Olifantsfontein road in Midrand this evening.
Reports from the scene indicate that one truck rear-ended the other truck resulting in both vehicles overturning. Bricks, being transported by one of the trucks, are scattered over the road surface and affecting traffic.
All occupants were assessed on scene and one injured patient will be transported to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
