Just before 06:30 the Volunteer Emergency Medical Response Unit received a call from the Lakes Security Forum NPC for a serious motor vehicle accident involving a truck on Boschkop Road in
the Boschkop area of Pretoria East. On arrival we found that one patient sustained fatal injuries after a T-bone impact with a heavy motor vehicle. The patient was assessed and declared deceased by an Advanced Life Support Paramedic from a private ambulance service before the scene was handed over to SAPS to investigate the cause of the accident.
We send our deepest condolences to the loved ones of the deceased.
