One person sustained minor injuries after two trucks and two cars collided on the corner of Sydney Road and Farimond Road in Umbilo Durban today.
Rescue Care Paramedics responded to the pile up just after 15:15 today. On arrival they found that two trucks and two cars had collided blocking the entire intersection. One person sustained minor injuries and was assessed by Rescue Care Paramedics on scene. The traffic was severely affected at the intersection and Farimond Road was closed by SAPS.
At this stage the exact cause of the collision is unknown however SAPS will investigate further.
