Traffic is gridlocked from before Peter Brown bridge already and small vehicles are turning around and going back up the N3 counterflow to try and take the Peter Brown offramp.
The road is fully closed at this point
Please be aware and adjust your travel plans accordingly if travelling in that area.
The suggestion to rather take either the Cedara or Hilton turnoffs and go down either Old Howick road or Sweetwaters if you are a smaller vehicle.
Trucks will no doubt be stacked until the accident has been cleared and lane/s re-opened
