KwaZulu-Natal: At 21H07 Saturday night Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the N3 Pietermaritzburg bound just passed the Hilton offramp.
Reports from the scene indicate that a truck and three cars were involved in a collision.
A total of eight patients were treated on scene and once stabilised were transported by various ambulance services to hospital for further treatment.
