MasterDrive has something new and exciting planned for Transport Month.
In partnership with Santam Heavy Haulage, we are proud to introduce: ‘DRIVING THE INFLUENCE’ Transport Month hybrid colloquium. MasterDrive is working with a number of organisations that promote responsible choices with regard to drink driving – and exercising their choice not to indulge in this behaviour for the safety of yourself and others.
We will have a combination of speakers and a panel discussion – the panel will discuss Corporate Leadership when it comes to Driving the Influence.
Speakers and topics to be covered include:
- Welcome: Dr Yvonne Taylor, Chief Inspector at the National Police Wellbeing Service, Law enforcement perspective from the UK
- The impact on insurance of driving under the influence – Anton Cornelissen, head of Santam Heavy Haulage
- The psychology behind drinking and driving – Dr Ian Edwards, driver psychologist, road safety practitioner and researcher
- Mental wellness in the workplace – Tafi Mazikana, co-founder and CEO of Vimbo Health
- Shock value inspires change – Candice Rew, MD of Bonfire Media
