The Gauteng Traffic Police Helicopter responded to a call from Ops 11 regarding a potentially hijacked white Dyna truck driving along the R82 towards Savannah City.
The helicopter swiftly flew to the area, spotted the hijacked truck, and provided aerial support to the ground crew.
This collaboration led to the successful apprehension of one suspect who was found hiding in a nearby house.
The scene was handed over to members of the Saturation Unit for further investigation.
