Gift of the Givers teams are busy distributing fish to communities and Soup Kitchens for consumption in the Garden Route.
This invasive fish species is caught by our teams in collaboration with @CapeNature within the Groenvlei Lake (situated within the #Goukamma Nature Reserve).
By removing these invasive fish from the lake, it not only provides protein-rich meals to beneficiaries, but it plays an important role in restoring the Eco balance within the lake.
