A serious crash involving a truck and a taxi on the N2 near Ifafa has left fourteen people injured following a head on collision, this morning, 16 October 2025.
At 11h30, KZNVIP Control Centre received reports of the major accident along the busy highway. KZNVIP paramedics, together with multiple emergency services, were dispatched immediately to the scene.
Upon arrival KZNVIP paramedics were met with a chaotic multi-patient situation. All patients were treated on scene before being transported to a nearby medical facilities for further medical attention.
The exact cause of the collision cannot be determined at this stage.
