VRMED responded to reports of a cyclist that was struck by a truck on the N1 south past the Curie off-ramp in Bloemfontein.
On arrival crews found a male cyclist lying next to the road.
The patient was assessed, treated, and transported to the hospital with moderate injuries.
The scene was handed over to SAPS for further investigation.
