As the 2024/25 financial year comes to a close, the Cape Town Container Terminal (CTCT) remains focused on increasing productivity and supporting Transnet’s recovery plan.
While the terminal faced significant challenges in February, including adverse weather delays and 289.37 of operational hours lost, CTCT has shown resilience.
Despite these hurdles, CTCT saw a 3% increase in year-to-date volumes compared to last year. With a strong finish to the financial year, CTCT continues to play a key role in driving the country’s logistics and economic growth.
