A mechanical horse and trailer loaded with several hundred cases of beer has jack-knifed on Moss Street in Verulam – KZN.
The Daewoo truck was transporting the load from Bedford-view in Gauteng to Canelands in KZN. Officers from Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) are currently on scene after receiving information that the load of beers could be looted.
A secondary accident occured when a vehicle avoided the truck and collided with a taxi.
Moss Street next to Verulam Secondary School is currently closed.
