Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) & several private services responded to the call at approximately 23:38 on Siphosethu Road and established that three (3) armed suspects had gained entry onto a business premises.
The security guard was restrained with ropes and robbed. A driver seated inside a truck was pepper-sprayed by the suspects. He attempted to fight back but was shot on his shoulder.
Bank cards, cash, mobile phones & other valuables were stolen.
