#NenzaniLaEzweni Operations: As the MEC for Transport and Human Settlements Siboniso Duma I want to demonstrate transparency and accountability to the people of KwaZulu-Natal.
We wish to release some of the names of undocumented foreign nationals arrested by our No Nonsense Road Traffic Inspectorate. They were caught driving trucks and motorbikes with no permits. They are currently in Pietermaritzburg Correctional Centre [New Prison ] and at Westville Correctional Services Centre.
They are:-

● Justin Banali – Case number 356/10/2025
●Rafiki Yusuf – Cade number 355/10/2025
●Moises Eurico Medal – Case Number 359/10/2025
●Issack Witness – Case number 358/10/2025
●Ngendahayo Jules – Case Number 357/10/2025
●Jonatham Mahammud – Case Number 360/10/2025
●Innocent Samuriwo – Case Number 346/10/2025
The owners of companies that employed illegal foreign nationals to drive on our roads are also facing arrest. We have an enduring partnership with SAPS under the leadership of Lt General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, the Home Affairs Immigration Unit and traffic departments in various municipalities.
