Members of the Gauteng Traffic Police conducted an overloading control and vehicle fitness operation along the R104 and N4/2 West.
Multiple vehicles were found to be overloaded and were charged accordingly. Drivers were requested to arrange relief vehicles, rectify their loads, and re-weigh before being released.
Drivers and transport operators are urged to comply with load limits to protect themselves and others on the road.
