VRMED and Mangaung fire & rescue attended a collision on the N1 north 50km from Bloemfontein where a truck collided with a stationary vehicle.
On arrival, crews found the occupant of the vehicle with fatal injuries and were declared dead on the scene.
The driver of the truck was found to have sustained no injuries.
The scene was handed over to Glen SAPS for further investigation.
