Seven people have been injured after three vehicles collided on Old Richmond Road near Desai today around 12 pm.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on scene to find that three vehicles, namely a truck, a taxi and a light motor vehicle had collided near the Coffee Farm on the Old Richmond Road. A total of seven people had sustained various injuries ranging from minor to moderate and were stabilised on the scene before being transported by Rescue Care to various hospitals for the further care that they required.
At this stage, the exact cause of the collision is unknown however SAPS and Metro Police were in attendance and will be investigating further.
