Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Abraham Tiro Street in Seshego.
Reports from the scene indicate that an adult male fell off a truck which resulted in him being crushed.
The patient was assessed on scene by an Advanced life support paramedic but tragically declared deceased due to his extensive injuries.
All necessary authorities were on scene to investigate.
