Around 8am our ambulance from our Peacevale operation was called to a serious Truck collision on the R103 near Cato Ridge.
On arrival Paramedics found that two trucks had collided in a rear end collision. One truck them left the roadway.
Paramedics assessed and treated both drivers for minor injuries before transporting them to a nearby hospital for the further care they required.
The entire roadway is blocked and closed whilst recovery of the vehicles and load take place.
At this stage the events leading up to the collision is unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
