TMPD in Region 2 Section 1 Hammanskraal conducted a by-laws operation on Tuesday, 29 July 2025, targeting small business compliance in Hammanskraal.
During the operation, several businesses were visited and inspected for compliance, resulting in the issuance of Section 56 infringement notices to business owners who were found operating contrary to their business licenses.
Furthermore, illegally erected business structures were demolished after property owners failed to comply with previous warnings to remove them.
The property owners are urged to adhere to the city planning regulations whenever they wish to erect any structure to avoid facing enforcement actions in the future #TMPDSafety
