Earlier today IPSS Medical Rescue received reports of a truck collision on the N3 near Ladysmith.
On arrival of paramedics it was established that two trucks collided resulting in one of the trucks overturning. The driver of the overturned truck was found to have sustained serious injuries.
He was stabilised on scene by IPSS Medical Rescue medics before being transported to a nearby facility for further care.
The driver of the other truck was uninjured.
