R21 South before Pomona off-ramp, there is a serious accident involving two motor vehicles, a fire engine and a combination of motor vehicle (truck tractor, trailer and semi-trailer)
The driver of the truck sustained serious injuries and has been airlifted to hospital.
Currently, two lanes are open while the scene is being processed.
Motorists are advised to approach with caution or even use alternative routes to escape the congestion.
