A man believed to be in his twenties has been killed after a collision involving two cars and a truck on Saturday evening.
Just after 7:20 pm Rescue Care Paramedics were called to the serious collision on the M13 Durban bound between Richmond Road and St Johns Avenue for a serious collision. On arrival, they found that two vehicles and a truck had collided. One of the drivers was ejected after the collision and found on the side of the busy roadway. Paramedics assessed him and found that he had sustained multiple serious injuries and had passed away before Paramedics arrival. He was declared deceased at the scene. No further injuries were sustained.
At this stage, the exact cause of the collision is unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
