Three people have been injured two seriously so after a taxi collided with a truck on the N3 Durban Bound near Sherwood offramp just after 18:30 on Thursday evening.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find that the taxi had collided with the truck leaving the passenger side of the taxi severely damaged. Three passengers were injured with two of them sustaining serious injuries. Advanced Life Support Paramedics stabilised the three on the scene before transporting them to a nearby hospital for the further care that they required.
AT this stage the exact cause of the collision is unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
